I've been loving the Lord since I was eight and writing music since I was fourteen. For all of my life, music and my walk with Jesus have been interwoven but I didn't truly understand what that meant. I had begun to pursue a career as a singer-songwriter. I was working on music row and had a song plugger ready to listen to my music. But when vocal health issues and life changes intersected to create a perfect storm in my life, I walked away from all of that. What looked like the end of my music story turned out to be only the beginning. Because in time, God started stirring in my life. I know Him today in ways that I couldn't possibly grasp years ago. Now, I have stories to tell and hope to share. I have a testimony, and I tell it through my music. In this music, I share direct passages of scripture. I boldly share truth and challenge popular beliefs that are contrary to Scripture. But most of all, these songs belt out that God's not done with you. He sees you, knows you, and He never stops working. You are deeply loved. Today, I'm working on creating demos of my music. This rough demo "Tenderly" is simply a scratch recording. I started brainstorming with some overdub recording and it turned into a accidental, almost-demo. It's not even recorded with a click track.
